Shipping & Returns
We want you to be a 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the original form of payment under the following conditions*:
- Within 14 days of original date of purchase or delivery date.
- All items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with tags still attached. Refund will only be applied if returned item(s) are in new condition and with original sales tags attached.
- Original receipt or purchase verification is required on all returns and exchanges
NOTE! SKIRT SALE EVENTS: Purchases during Skirt Sale Events can only be returned for full refund the same day of the event.
IN-STORE purchases can only be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit/ exchange.
*Some exclusions apply. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on special order, as-is, or final sale items.
Delivery and shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.
If return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also pay the return shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will ship your order between 1-5 business days after placement. If we are out of stock or items are on reorder we will contact you with the estimated shipping/arrival dates. If items are out of stock and cannot be restocked we will give you a full refund.
Please contact us, or leave us a note if you need an item before a certain date so we can accommodate to your needs ;)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most items will be shipped straight from the stock at our store in Steinbach MB, Canada. However there are items that are available to special order. It will say "special order" in the description of the item. Special order items will take around 3-4 weeks for delivery and are confirmed after purchase.
